We would like to inform your good office that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today (Post conclusion of Annual General Meeting) i.e. Monday, September 30, 2024 at 02:30 PM has appointed Mr. Krishnavatar Khandelwal (DIN:00075715) as Additional Director in capacity of Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company with immediate effect from September 30, 2024 for a period of 5 (Five) years, subject to approval of shareholders of the Company.
