| The delisting offer opened on Wednesday, February 15, 2023 and closed on Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at the end of the market hours on BSE. The Floor Price for the Delisting Offer was determined as ? 24 per equity share and the Indicative Price was determined as ? 25 per equity share. We hereby wish to inform you that with the Reverse Book Building Process, the minimum number of shares are not tendered/offered as provided under clause (a) of Regulation 21 and the Post Delisting Offer, the shareholding of the Promoter Acquirer, along with the other promoters and promoter group did not exceeded 90% of total issued number of equity shares (excluding shares held by inactive shareholders etc.), therefore the Delisting Offer is considered as failed. In this regard we have received from Saffron Capital Advisors Private Limited 'Manager to the Offer' on behalf of promoter Acquirer a copy of the Post Offer Public Announcement ('Post Offer PA') published on Thursday, February 23, 2023. | |
