| PHAARMASIA LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/02/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby bring to your notice that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the company Phaarmasia Limited will be held on Tuesday, 13th February 2024 at 12.00 P.M at 29/ 33, Ancillary Industrial Plots, Govandi, Mumbai- 400043, inter-alia to discuss the following: 1. To approve and take on record the unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter ended 31st December 2023. 2. To take note of the Limited Review Report submitted by the auditors for the quarter ended 31st December 2023. 3.
