| PHYTO CHEM (INDIA) LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/08/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve We wish to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday the 12th day of August 2024 at 03:00 P.M. at the Corporate office of the Company at No.8-3-229/23, First Floor, Thaherville, Yousufguda Checkpost, Hyderabad - 500045, Telangana state, 'inter-alia' to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the First Quarter ended 30th June 2024.
