| Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company is held today i.e., Friday, December 11, 2020 at 11:30 A.M. through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). This is in compliance with General Circular No. 14/2020 dated April 8, 2020 and General Circular No. 17/2020 dated April 13, 2020 and further amendments thereof issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (collectively referred to as 'MCA Circulars'), Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CMDI/CIR/P/2020/79 dated May 12, 2020 ('said SEBI Circulars') issued by the Securities and Exchange Board of India and relevant provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('SEBI Listing Regulations').<BR> In this regard please find enclosed summary of proceedings as required under Reg 30 of the SEBI LODR 2015.<BR> | |
