The Company received a notice of fine from BSE Ltd. of Rs. 33,040 (incl of all taxes [Rs. 2,000 per day] for the non-compliance with Regulation 18(1), SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The Company has remitted the said fine to the stock exchange. As per directions from your office, the non-compliance & remediate action was placed before the Board in their meeting held on 21st July 2022. Board noted this non-compliance & remediated action undertaken by the Company.
