With reference to BSE email: L/SURV/ONL/PV/KS/ 2022-2023 / 355 dated December 15, 2022, please find below our reply: 'The Company complies with the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations). In this regard, we have been timely intimating to the stock exchanges of all the material information and events as and when they occur subject to the required approvals being in order. With reference to your query on significant increase in the volume of the Company's securities across Exchanges in the recent past, we would like to inform that currently there is no such information related to any material event arising of any approved corporate actions, that the company has not disclosed to the Stock Exchanges under SEBI Listing Regulations.'
