Sanctioning of the Scheme of Arrangement and Amalgamation between Kirloskar RoadRailer Limited (Transferor Company I) and Pneumatic Holdings Limited (Transferor Company II) and Kirloskar Pneumatic Company Limited (Transferee Company) and their respective Shareholders.
