In continuation to the letter submitted on 20 April 2017, this is to inform that the Company has filed Certified Copy of the Order of National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai Bench, dated 19 April 2017 approving the Scheme with Registrar of Companies, Pune, Maharashtra, by uploading eform INC 28 with Ministry of Corporate Affairs, on 28 April 2017 (Effective Date). As such, as per Clause 15 of the Scheme, Pneumatic Holdings Limited (Transferor Company II) is dissolved without winding-up with effect from Effective Date' i.e. 28 April 2017.
