In compliance with the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company''s Prohibition of Insider Trading Policy, the ''Trading Window'' for dealing in securities of the Company by all Designated Persons (including his/ her immediate relatives or any person with whom he/ she shares a material financial relationship) shall remain closed from 29th September, 2023 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2023. The date of Board Meeting to consider, inter alia, the unaudited financial results shall be intimated separately in due course.
