| Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that, Mr. Vishal Kokadwar, Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operating Officer of the Company, has tendered his resignation from the services of the Company on account of health and personal reason w.e.f. November 22, 2022 (after the closure of business hours). Mr. Vishal Kokadwar, CFO & COO will also cease to be a Key Managerial Personnel ('KMP') under provisions of Section 203 and other applicable provisions, if any, of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 30(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('SEBI LODR Regulations') for determining the materiality of any event or transaction for making the required disclosures to the Stock Exchange w.e.f. close of business hours on November 22, 2022. | |
