POLY MEDICURE LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 09/05/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve a) the Audited Financial Results (Consolidated & Standalone) of the Company for the financial year ended on 31st March, 2023. b) recommendation of Final Dividend, if any, on the Equity Shares for the financial year ended on 31st March, 2023. c) any other matter which the Board may deem fit. In continuation of our intimation regarding closure of trading window vide letter dated 31st March, 2023, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed till 11th May, 2023.
