| Please refer our letter dated 23 March 2020 about the shut-down of Polygenta's Avankhed, Nashik Unit till 31 March 2020. Subsequent to the above Notice, Central Government''s has issued directive of lock- down of the entire country.<BR> <BR> In compliance with the above directives issued by the Central Governments due to COVID-19 outbreak and for containing the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic in the country and for the well- being of the employees and workers of the Company, the Company''s operations at the registered office at Mumbai and Production Facilities situated at Gat 265/1-266, Village Avankhed, Taluka Dindori, Dist. Nashik 422 201will remain closed till 14th April, 2020 and further closure period, if any, will be in accordance with the directives of Central and State Governments.<BR> <BR> 'Work from Home' facility has been introduced for certain categories of employees, wherever possible.<BR> <BR> The expected financial impact of this is not ascertainable at this stage. <BR> <BR> | |
