Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Friday, 26th May, 2023, inter- alia, transacted the following business:
1. Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Year and quarter ending March 31, 2023 as recommended by the Audit Committee of the Company.
2. Audit Report on Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2023.
3. Declaration on Auditors Report with unmodified opinion Regulation 33(3)(d) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015 for the year ended on 31st March, 2023.
