Pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015we wish to inform that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall be closed for Designated person, including Persons viz. Directors, Promoters, KMPs, Designated Employees and Connected persons, including immediate relatives of such Designated Persons of the Company from 01st October, 2024 till the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th September, 2024 and 48 hours thereafter. All the Promoter and Promoter group, Directors, KMP's, Designated Persons/Employees, Connected Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives are advised not to deal in the shares of the Company either directly or indirectly during the aforesaid period and the PAN will be freezed by the CDSL specifically for companies share. The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for declaration of Unaudited Financial Result for the quarter ended on 30th September, 2024 will be intimated in due course.
