Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the Company has received intimation from Link Intime India Private Limited, Registrars and Share Transfer Agents ("RTA"s) of the Company dated 26th September, 2024 for loss of Share Certificate from Mr. Vinod Brijlal Jain, shareholder holding 700 shares. Further, RTA is in the process of issuing Duplicate Share Certificates to them subject to the compliance of required formalities. You are requested to please take the same on record and inform the members of the stock exchange for not dealing in the aforesaid share certificate of the Company
