| Pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are submitting the E-Voting Results of the Postal Ballot along with Scrutinizers Report, in relation to the Postal Ballot Notice dated January 17, 2025, which sought the approval of the Company''s Members on the resolution set out for Alteration of the Objects Clause of the Memorandum of Association ('MOA') of the Company. The resolution as mentioned in Postal Ballot Notice have been approved by the Members with requisite majority and accordingly are deemed to have been passed on Saturday, March 01, 2025 (the last day of remote e-voting). In this regard, please find enclosed the following: a) Voting Results of Postal Ballot through remote e-voting pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. b) Report of the Scrutinizer dated Tuesday, March 04, 2025 on postal ballot conducted by remote e-voting mechanism. | |
