| Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended ('SEBI Listing Regulations'), and as per the Scrutinizer''s Report dated March 04, 2025, this is to inform you that the shareholders of Porwal Auto Components Limited (the 'Company') have approved the alteration in Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association ('MOA') of the Company by way of Special Resolution through Postal Ballot by remote e-voting mechanism on March 01, 2025. Brief details as required under Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD- 1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, and SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-2/CIR/P/2024/185 dated December 31, 2024, are annexed herewith as Annexure A.
