Pursuant to Regulations, we wish to inform that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall be closed for Designated person, including Persons viz. Directors, Promoters, KMPs, Designated Employees and Connected persons, including immediate relatives of such Designated Persons of the Company from 1st October, 2020 till the declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th September, 2020 and 48 hours thereafter.<BR> <BR> The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for declaration of Financial Result for the quarter ended 30th September, 2020 will be intimated in due course.<BR>
