| This is in furtherance of our letter dated 13.11.2020 informing about Purchase of equity shares of PFC by Shri Praveen Kumar Singh, Director (Commercial), during period of closure of Trading Window. In this regard, it is informed that as per directions of the Board of Directors in the Meeting held on 12.11.2020, Shri Praveen Kumar Singh has disposed off 5,000 equity shares of PFC (purchased by him on October 5, 2020) on November 14, 2020 through stock exchange mechanism and furnished a cheque of Rs. 70,556/- dated November 16, 2020 favoring Power Finance Corporation limited (PFC), being the penalty amount equivalent to the amount of profit earned by him against this transaction.<BR> <BR> Further, in compliance with SEBI Circular dated July 23, 2020, it is informed that subsequent to realization of the said cheque, PFC has transferred the said amount of Rs. 70,556/- to the dedicated Bank Account of SEBI (Investor Protection and Education Fund) on November 24, 2020 vide UTR N329201317989396.<BR> | |
