| This is to inform that the Board of directors of the Company at its meeting held today (i.e., February 10, 2025) has inter-alia considered/ approved: 1.the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024, pursuant to Regulation 33 (3) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. The statement of financial results along with limited review reports are enclosed as Annexure-1. 2.the Incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary (100% subsidiary) in India with an initial paid-up capital of ?1 lakh. The meeting of Board of directors was commenced at 11:30 a.m (IST) and concluded at 3:10 p.m. (IST).
