| We would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on 12-11-2021, have inter-alia considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results (both Standalone and Consolidated) for the Quarter and Half Year ended 30-09-2021.<BR> <BR> Hence, please find the following documents that are required to be submitted under Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015:<BR> <BR> 1. Un-audited standalone and consolidated Financial Results of the Company for Quarter and Half Year ended 30-09-2021.<BR> 2. A certified copy of Limited Review Report on standalone Financial Results for Quarter and Half Year ended 30-09-2021 by the Statutory Auditors.<BR> 3.
