This is to inform and intimate that a meeting of the Board of Directors of The Company will be held on Saturday, the 12th day of November, 2022, at 03:30 p.m. at the Registered Office, inter-alia to: 1. To consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results (both Standalone and Consolidated) for the Second Quarter and Half Year ended 30-09-2022.
