| With reference to the above cited subject, we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on 11-02-2023, have inter-alia considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results (both Standalone and Consolidated) for the Quarter ended 31-12-2022. Hence, please find the following documents that are required to be submitted under Regulation 33 of SEBl (LODR) Regulations, 2015: 1. Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 31-12-2022. 2. A certified copy of Limited Review Report on Standalone Financial Results for the Quarter ended 31-12-2022 . 3. A certified copy of Limited Review Report on Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter ended 31-12-2022 . The aforesaid results, duly reviewed by the Audit Committee, have been approved and taken on record by the Board of Directors at the just concluded Board Meeting held today i.e. on 11-02-2023.
