Intimation of Closure of Trading Window With reference to the above cited matter and as per Code of Conduct pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015, it is herebby informed that the Trading Window shall remain closed from 01-04-2024 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Q4 and Financial Year ended 31-03-2024. During the aforesaid period, the Employees, Directors, KMP, Designated Persons and other connected persons of the company and their immediate relatives shall not trade in Company shares/securities. the date of Board Meeting for consideration and Approval of Audited Financials Results of the Company for Q4 and Financial Year ended 31-03-2024 shall be intimated in due course of time
