| With reference to the above cited subject, we wuld like to inform that the Board of Directors of the comapny at thier meeting held on 09-11-2024 have interalia considered and approved the unaudited financial results (both Standalone and Consolidated) for the Second Quarter and Half Year Ended 30-09-2024. hence please find the following enclosed as per REgulation 33 of SEBI(LODR) Regulations, 2015: Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Resuts Certified copy of Limited Review Report signed by the Statutory Auditors for both Standalone and Conslodated Financial Results for the Second Quarter and Half Year Ended 30-09-2024. The aforesaid results, duly reviewd by the Audit Committee, have been approved and taken on record by the Board of Directors at the just concluded Board Meeting held on 09-11-2024.
