In continuation to our intimation dated April 28, 2022 and pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform the exchange that the Members of the Company at Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on August 10, 2022 approved appointment of M/s. JLN US & Co., Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 101543W) as the Statutory Auditors of the Company from the conclusion of 32nd Annual General Meeting of the Company till the conclusion of 37th Annual General Meeting of the Company. The details as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI circular dated September 9, 2015 are given in the attached file.
