The Company has been taking precautions across its operations against the spread of CoronaVirus (COVID-<BR> 19), which includes maintaining hygiene conditions, sanitization, temperature checks of all employees,<BR> discontinuing employee travel and following health and distancing advisories and other government recommendations/directives.<BR> <BR> Further, we write to inform you that in light of heightened concern on spread of CoronaVirus (COVID-19) and in line with guidelines/directives of government/local body, the Company has suspended its manufacturing operations at its plants located at Indore and Guwahati. The manufacturing operations at subsidiary's plant located at Rajkot is also suspended.<BR> <BR> The duration of closure of the plants will depend upon government/local body guidelines/directives and the<BR> production at the above plants will resume as conditions permit.
