With reference to above mentioned subject, this is to inform you that Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad vide its approval letter dated September 12, 2022, has accorded its approval to the Company under Section 96 of the Companies Act, 2013 allowing the Company to conduct its Annual general meeting for the financial year ended on March 31, 2022 on or before November 30, 2022 i.e. an extension of two (2) months to hold the Annual General Meeting. In view of the above mentioned approval accorded, the Company shall convene its AGM for the Financial Year 2021-22 within such extended timeline and the date of AGM shall be intimated in due course of time, upon approval of the Board. You are requested to kindly take a note of the same.
