Koncepts Interior, Operational Creditor of<BR> the Company, before the National Company Law Tribunal - Mumbai Bench ("NCL T, Mumbai") seeking initiation<BR> of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) against the Company, we further intimate that the matter<BR> has been listed today, i.e. Monday, October 25, 2021 in NCL T, Mumbai today in Court No. 5 but could not be<BR> proceeded due to technical issue. The next hearing is listed for Wednesday, December 22, 2021.
