Dear Sir/Madam, <BR> <BR> In terms of the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI LODR Regulations"), this is to inform you that, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. 3rd September 2021 has, inter alia, considered and approved the following: -<BR> <BR> 1. The appointment of Mr. Madan Madhusudan Godse (DIN: 06987767) as Additional Director designated as Independent Director of the Company till the ensuing Annual General Meeting. Mr. Madan Madhusudan Godse is not related to any of the Directors or Key Managerial Personnel or Promoters of the Company.<BR> <BR> The meeting started at 11:45 AM and ended at 1:30 PM. <BR> <BR> You are requested to take the same on record.
