Precision Wires India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 03, 2021, inter alia, has considered, discussed and approved as under:<BR><BR>1. Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2021-22 has been @35% i.e. Rs. 1.75 per equity share of the face value of Rs. 5/- each;<BR><BR>2. a. Sub-division of Company's One (1) equity share of face value of Rs. 5/- each into Five (5) equity shares of face value of Rs. 1/- each and<BR><BR>b. Sub-Division of Unissued Equity Shares of Rs.10 each into 10 (Ten) equity shares of Face Value of Rs.1 each,<BR><BR>subject to the shareholders and other approvals as may be required.
