| This is in ref to our intimation on your portal on 05 Sept, 2020, in relation to the dispatch of Notice of Postal Ballot dated 03 Sept, 2020 to the Members seeking their approval through Special Resolution by Postal Ballot for proposed voluntary Delisting of Equity Shares of the Company from BSE SME-ITP. The voting period was closed on Oct 05, 2020 and the Scrutinizer has submitted her report on 07 Oct, 2020. The result of the voting was declared on 07 October, 2020 by the Chairman of the Company. The SR in the aforesaid PB Notice has been passed with the requisite majority by the members.2.The number of votes cast by PB by Public Shareholders in favour of SR being greater than the number of votes cast by the Public Shareholders against the SR and the requirement of the provisions SEBI (ICDR) Reg., 2018 are satisfied. All the votes are in favour of the resolution. The details of the voting results in the format specified under Listing Regulations and the Scrutinizer report is enclosed. | |
