With reference to your email on captioned subject seeking clarification from the company on increase in volume of company''s securities across exchanges in the recent past, we would like to inform you that Premier Explosives Limited has always disclosed to the stock exchanges all such information which the company has been in possession and which is required to be disclosed to the stock exchanges. All the material information, that have a bearing on the operation/performance of the company which include all price sensitive information under regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, have been disclosed by the company within the stipulated time. Further, the company has always provided timely information sought by the stock exchanges.
