The same is also available on Company's website www.pritishnandycom.com <BR> <BR> Pursuant to the provisions of Sections 91 of the Companies Act, 2013, for the purpose of AGM, the Register of Members and the Share Transfer books of the Company will remain closed from Friday, December 11, 2020 to Thursday, December 17, 2020. (Both days inclusive)<BR>
