Pursuant to BSE's Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019 and as per Clause 4 of the Schedule B and other applicable regulations of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that in terms of Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading the Trading Window of the Company will remain closed w.e.f. 1st October, 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 30th September, 2021.
