Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of PTC India Limited ("The Company") is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, the 14 day of February, 2024 inter-alia, to consider and approve un-audited Standalone and Consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2023. In this connection as per the Company''s Code of Practices & Procedures for fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regualtions, 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all insiders from 1st January, 2024 till 48 hours after declaration of such financial results.
