We wish to inform you that as per the Company's Code of Conduct under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the amended Clause 4 of the Schedule B of PIT Regulations regarding Trading restriction period applicable from the end of every quarter till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company remains closed for all Directors/ Officers/ Designated employees of the Company from January 01, 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial result for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2022.
