It is hereby informed that in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and pursuant to the Company's 'Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons', the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company will remain closed for the concerned persons, w.e.f. October 1, 2022 and will end 48 hours after declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the half year/ quarter ended September 30, 2022.
