In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations') we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, PTL ENTERPRISES LTD., at their meeting held today i.e. 14th November ,2022 have, inter alia, considered and approved the following businesses: 1. Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and half year ended 30th September ,2022 as recommended by Audit Committee. Pursuant to the Regulation 33 of Listing Regulations, we are enclosing the following as Annexure A. a) Statement showing the unaudited Financial Results of the Company under Indian Accounting Standards (IND AS) for the Quarter and half year ended 30th September,2022. b) Limited Review Report with respect to the unaudited Financial Results of the Company under Accounting Standards (IND AS) for the Quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2022
