Pursuant to Regulation 30(2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 (LODR) and in accordance with the requirements of Schedule III of LODR we wish to inform you regarding the outcome of 9th Stakeholders Consultation Committee (SCC) meeting of Punj Lloyd Ltd. held on October 20, 2023. In the meeting of SCC the Liquidator of the Company appraised the SCC members regarding the failure of last 3rd round of e-auction for sale of assets of the Company and discussed the way forward for next round of e-auction.
