| Pursuant to Reg. 30(2) of SEBI (LODR) Reg''s, 2015 (LODR)and in accordance with req. of Sch. III of the LODR we wish to inform you regarding the outcome of the 11th SCC meeting of Punj Lloyd Ltd. held on 14.12.2023.In the meeting of SCC the Liquidator (LQ) of the Company informed the SCC members regarding the ongoing sale process involved in the Liquidation of the Company on going concern basis. Thereafter the LQ informed the SCC members in accordance with the terms of Liquidation Reg''s. the SCC is req. to advise the LQ by way of voting on the matters pertaining to the sale under Reg.32 including manner of sale, pre-bid qualifications, reserve price, marketing strategy and auction process for next round of e-auction and seeking ext. in time for completing the Process of liquidation of the Co. as a going concern beyond 31.12.2023 The voting by SCC members is required through e voting. Evoting will commence within 24 hrs.from the circulation of minutes of meeting among SCC members | |
