III of SEBI (LODR) Regualtions, 2015 we wish to inform you that in furtherance to our intimation sent to the Stock Exchange(s) on January 26, 2024, the Hon''ble NCLT, Principal Bench, New Delhi has pronounced an order dated July 16, 2024 under Section 7 of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code 2016 (Liq) (copy attached), R/W Rule 11 of NCLT Rules, 2016,received today, ordering further extension in time till December 11, 2024 for completion of Liquidation process.
