Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 read with Para A of Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015, we wish to inform the stock exchange that the Board of Directors in its meeting held today i.e 28th May, 2024 has appointed CS Pratima Yadav, Company Secretary of the Company, who was on maternity leave, as Compliance Officer in place of CS Dimple Bansal w.e.f. closing hours of 28th May, 2024. Accordingly, she is re-designated as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company.
