Pursuant to scheme of amalgamation of e-United Bank of India & e-Oriental Bank of commerce into Punjab National Bank, the ISINs of the bonds issued by e-United Bank of India & e-Oriental Bank of commerce which are outstanding in the books as on 31st March 2020 , are to be suspended and shifting/Transfer/Re-listing of ISINs to be done in the name of Punjab National Bank as per the list given in the announcement.<BR> <BR> The record date is fixed as 11.06.2020, for suspending the ISINs of above-mentioned bonds issued by e-United Bank of India & e-Oriental Bank of commerce and shifting /Transfer/Re-listing of the same in the name of Punjab National Bank.<BR>
