Dear Sir / Madam, In continuation to our earlier communication dated 16th May, 2022, we would like to inform you that the registered office of the Company has been shifted from its current location i.e. 61, Basant Lok, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi -110057 to 7th Floor Lotus Grandeur Building, Veera Desai Road, Opposite Gundecha Symphony, Andheri (west), Mumbai - 400053, Maharashtra w.e.f 1st August, 2022. Further, the Company has received certificate of registration with CIN No L74899MH1995PLC387971 from Registrar of Companies, Mumbai consequent to registration of Regional Director Order (Northern Region) for change of State.
