This is to inform you that in terms of companies code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading in companies securities by insiders under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window in dealing of the security of company will remain close for all the designated persons (as defined in code) with immediate effect till the end of 48 hours after declaration of financial results for the Quarter and Half year ended on September 30, 2022.
