M/s. JBCG Advisory Services Private Limited, Promoter of the Company entered into the Share Purchase Agreement with Mr. Uttam Bagri for the purpose of sale of 65,72,000 equity shares which is constituting to 57.13% of the equity shares of Pyxis Finvest Limited in favor of Mr. Uttam Bagri at the purchase price of Rs. 8,54,36,000/- subject to receipt of RBI approval under regulation 66 of the Non-Banking Financial Company- Systematically Important Non-deposit taking Company and Deposit Taking Company Directions, 2016 and Compliance with the Open Offer process as required under SEBI (Substantial acquisition of shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
