Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the majority of the Board of Directors of the Company has passed following resolution by way of circulation on May 18, 2022: - 1. Allotment of 100 Transferable Unsecured Non - Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of Rs. 1,00,000/-each. Information as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI circular no.
