| Qpro Infotech Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 02, 2015, inter alia, for the following matters:<BR><BR>1. To approve and adopt the Board Report and Statutory and Secretarial Audit report of Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>2. To appoint Mr. Dinesh Saini as Whole Time Director & Chief Executive Officer of the Company subject to approval of the shareholders in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).<BR><BR>3. To fix the period of Book closure & E-voting for the purpose of convening Annual General Meeting for the financial year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>4. To appoint Practicing Company Secretaries as the scrutinizers for the e-voting process related<BR><BR>5. To consider and fix the date, time and place for convening the Annual General Meeting of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2015. | |
